Intellectual Property Notice

1. Ownership of Platform Content

All content available on the Golf and Trades Platform — including but not limited to course materials, video lessons, audio recordings, written guides, PDFs, playbooks, strategy frameworks, worksheets, trading education materials, golf instruction materials, tools, software, graphics, logos, brand assets, trade names, trademarks, service marks, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of GolfandTrades, LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

The "Golf and Trades" name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of GolfandTrades, LLC. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

2. Limited License

Your membership or purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Platform content solely for your own personal, non-commercial educational purposes during the term of your membership or access period. This license does not convey any ownership interest in the content.

This license is personal to you and may not be transferred, sublicensed, or shared with any other person.

3. Strictly Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of your agreement with Golf and Trades:

• Copying course materials. Reproducing, copying, or duplicating any course materials, lessons, or other Platform content in any form.
• Screen recording paid content. Recording, capturing, or otherwise reproducing any video or audio content available through the Platform.
• Downloading and re-uploading private content. Downloading any member-only content and uploading it to any other platform, website, or service.
• Sharing logins. Sharing your account credentials with any other person.
• Sharing paid member-only materials. Distributing, sharing, or making available any paid or member-only content to any person who is not an authorized member.
• Scraping and automated extraction. Using bots, scrapers, or other automated tools to extract data or content from the Platform.
• Resale and redistribution. Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing any Platform content or materials.
• Creating derivative products. Creating derivative works, courses, products, or services based on Platform content without prior written permission.
• Reposting videos, PDFs, playbooks, and member resources. Reposting, republishing, or redistributing any videos, PDFs, playbooks, strategy content, trade education materials, golf lesson materials, worksheets, or member resources on any other platform or service.

4. DMCA and Copyright Infringement

Golf and Trades respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. If you believe that any content on the Platform infringes your copyright, please contact us at [email protected] with a detailed description of the alleged infringement.

Golf and Trades reserves the right to remove any content alleged to infringe third-party intellectual property rights and to terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

5. Enforcement

Golf and Trades actively monitors for unauthorized use of its intellectual property. Violations of this Intellectual Property Notice may result in:

• Immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.
• Legal action for copyright infringement, trademark infringement, or breach of contract.
• Claims for monetary damages, including actual damages, statutory damages, and attorneys' fees.

6. User-Generated Content

If you post any content to community features of the Platform (such as forum posts, comments, or discussion contributions), you grant Golf and Trades a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with the operation of the Platform. You represent and warrant that you have the right to grant this license and that your content does not infringe any third-party rights.
