Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the Golf and Trades Platform, including all content, tools, community features, and member resources. By using the Platform, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

2. Prohibited Content Activities

You may not:

• Copy course materials. You may not reproduce, copy, duplicate, or download any course materials, lessons, PDFs, playbooks, worksheets, strategy frameworks, or other Platform content beyond what is necessary for your personal use.
• Screen-record paid content. You may not screen-record, capture, or otherwise reproduce any video or audio content available through the Platform, including live sessions, recorded lessons, coaching calls, or webinars.
• Download or re-upload private content. You may not download any member-only content and re-upload it to any other platform, website, or service.
• Share login credentials. You may not share your username, password, or any other account credentials with any other person, whether for free or for compensation.
• Share paid member-only materials. You may not share, distribute, or make available any paid or member-only content to any person who is not an authorized member of the Platform.
• Scrape or use bots. You may not use automated tools, bots, scrapers, crawlers, or other automated means to access, extract, or collect data from the Platform.
• Resell or redistribute content. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or otherwise commercialize any Platform content or materials.
• Create derivative products. You may not create derivative works, products, courses, or services based on paid or private Platform content without prior written permission from Golf and Trades.
• Repost videos, PDFs, or other materials. You may not repost, republish, or redistribute any videos, PDFs, playbooks, strategy content, trade education materials, golf lesson materials, worksheets, or member resources from the Platform on any other platform, website, social media account, or service.

3. Prohibited Technical Activities

You may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, its systems, or its infrastructure.
• Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code into the Platform.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Platform or its servers.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
• Use the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair its infrastructure.
• Circumvent any technical measures designed to protect content or restrict access.

4. Prohibited Community Conduct

If the Platform includes community features, you may not:

• Post content that is defamatory, harassing, threatening, abusive, or otherwise harmful to others.
• Post content that is obscene, offensive, or inappropriate for a professional educational environment.
• Spam, solicit, or promote commercial products or services without prior written permission.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Post content that infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Engage in any conduct that violates applicable law or regulation.

5. Consequences of Violations

Violations of this AUP may result in one or more of the following actions at Golf and Trades' sole discretion:

• Immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.
• Removal of any content you have posted to the Platform.
• Legal action to enforce Golf and Trades' intellectual property rights or to seek damages for harm caused by your violation.
• Reporting of illegal activity to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

6. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP by another user, please report it to us at [email protected]. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.

7. Updates to This Policy

Golf and Trades reserves the right to update this AUP at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active members. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated AUP.
